First Class All The Way!
I started by filling out the form for a free consultation. I was contacted the very next day by Kelsey. She was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I explained that I was just starting to do research on massage chairs, and I wouldn’t be ready to purchase for 2-3 weeks. I was very comfortable talking to her. I didn’t feel any pressure to buy, and she answered all of my questions. After our phone conversation I continued with my research. No matter where I went, or what I looked at I always came back to Kelsey , and the massage chair store. I wound up talking to Drew on of their sales associates. He answered a few more questions for me. After that phone call I knew I’d be buying a chair from them. I just had to try one first.
I drove 4.5 hours each way to N.H. So I could do just that. Drew was with a customer, so Tyler helped me with my decision. I was able to try all the chairs I wanted. Nice clean facility with friendly people.
I wound up purchasing the It 8500 X3 open box. I was a little hesitant, because I didn’t want a worn chair. Tyler assured me that it would work, and look as good as new. I trusted him, and I’m glad I did. I saved a few thousand vs new, and you couldn’t tell the difference from new!
I absolutely love this chair! Everything about it is better than expected. This thing is luxurious. The rollers go from light to intense. The extend/stretch feature is amazing. My kids love it too. I have back, and neck problems, as well as chronic pain. I immediately feel better after 20-30 minutes in this thing. I’ve cut down on my prescriptions by 50%. I also have much improved range of motion. This is the place to buy, and they have a model for every budget. From staff to products to facilities they get 5 stars all the way around. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again. I highly recommend them, and their products. I wouldn’t hesitate saving big money on certified pre-owned/ open box either.
