Rick answered ALL my questions ( and I had a TON! )
He took AND returned all 5 of my phone calls to him and was NEVER “pushy” about a model/price of chair and even when the one I DID WANT was unavailable. (The Presidential has been discontinued) he recommended a private label chair that Infinity makes – the Kyota M888 that is not generally available on their website that had all the features I wanted.
When I was disappointed with that: he referred me to Kelsey who was in charge of another department at Infinity.
I gotta say it:

She got me exactly what I wanted at a price that was LOWER than I expected (how many times can someone say THAT??) and was even able to add on an extended warranty that “I” wanted which I was More Than Happy to pay for – I had to “force” her to escalate this “up the ladder” to take my money for it! ( She NEVER “pushed it on me – I wanted it added to the chair)
My Lord: If the chair is HALF as great as the Real People who answered all my questions— this is going to be an AWESOME experience !!! ( I seem to be using that word a LOT in this review 🙂
I should shut up now – but these folks are “Real” AND AWESOME!!!
I’ll update this review on the chair itself after I receive it ( which they were GREAT at telling me RIGHT AT THE BEGINNING – that it was going to take about 4 weeks to receive. (COVID shipping issues) which since I know at the beginning — I have no issues with.
(I just HOPE I can contain myself that long!)
